PRISON BREAK STAR COULD DO SOME TIME

Lane Garrison faces 10 years in prison following a car accident which killed a teenager, police announced today.

The Prison Break star was two-and-a-half times over the legal blood-alcohol limit and tested positive for cocaine, Beverly Hills chief of police, David Snowden, said.

Police are pressing for a felony charge of gross vehicular manslaughter for Lane, who grew up a close friend of Jessica and Ashlee Simpson.

He will also face charges of driving under the influence and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

"He will be arrested when the charges are filed," said Snowden at a press conference. "A surrender has been negotiated."

Lane, 26, lost control of his Land Rover crashing into a tree, killing 17-year-old Vahagn Setian on December 2.

Two 15-year-old girls who were also in the vehicle were hospitalized. He suffered only minor injuries.

Lane met the teens at a party and they left to get more booze, Snowden said. They were turned down at one store as it did not sell alcohol past 11pm and went on to a second.

People at the party reportedly saw Lane drink at least four shots of Grey Goose vodka, although his attorney has claimed he was heading home from the party after having only one drink. (SOURCE IN TOUCH WEEKLY)
