One big question: WHERE IS ALLIE? where is Britney's cousin/ personal assistant? I have seen homegirl in any Britney pics in over a week. I smell TROUBLE. I heard her family may have called her and told her they didn't approve of Britney's actions regarding her momma and maybe she should distance herself. Who really knows? Maybe Allie is taking a romantic holiday with her man somewhere.

So I found this nugget of info over at Britneyexperts.com: Britney's PR mouthpiece, Leslie, says Britney can have a new CD released this year if that is what SHE wants. Britney is completely in charge of her career now. ( I guess this means no manager or in her case voices of sanity) and Jive Records told Britney if this new CD does not sell well, she is off the Jive Records roster. And if all goes as planned, she might performing for this year's VMA'S. I'll still continue to pray for her and her babies like I do for all the other folks in the world who need extra help from the Lord.

I personally think she is so unstable, that she is not going to be able to buckle down and get herself in the physical, mental and professional zone she is going to need to be in to reclaim her title as "POP PRINCESS".

I'm posting ireegularly because I am also working on several other projects, but damn, I just had to say something about Britney Spears and her hair, her fight with her momma, her stinky brown boots, her purchasing a small helpless animal a week, her recent weight gain, her upcoming cd, her almost divorce with Kevin, whew. Where should I begin?

I firmly believe 101% that baby girl is mentally not all there. Seriously. I think her momma and manager and Kevin tried to save her career by forcing her into a cushy rehab facility instead of a mental ward where she really belongs. You can tell by looking at pics of her during the week when her BFF/Cuz Allie Sims is gone off to boink her boyfriend and leaves Britney alone and her kids are with Kevin, Britney is completely lost. She looks like truly doesn't care about herself. Her post baby boobies are too full to go braless yet she does and it's a sad sight to see.

Her poor momma Lynne is beside herself because there is nothing else she can do to help Britney and now Britney has gone all delusional and paranoid on everyone and is trying to keep her sane rational mom away from her grandbabies. Britney hates the facts that everyone goes over to Kevin's to see HER kids. Lynne and Shar both go to visit Kevin and the boys and they've all hung out together. Britney can't STAND it.

I guarantee, Britney will go blonde again in a month or so. She refuses to listen to anyone and she's gonna end up bald again because of all the hair color and stress of the extensions on her very short hair.

I really wonder what the suits up at Jive Records are thinking right now. I really wonder if they are going to drop millions of dollars on Britney's new CD, I fear she could have another meltdown in the middle of promoting the new CD. We'll see in the next few months if her CD materializes this year.

Is Lindsay Lohan a thief? "Yes," a source exclusively tells Star. "Lindsay stole $10,000 worth of clothes and accessories from one of her former friends, Lauren Hastings, and has absolutely no shame about it. In fact, she even laughed about it with her girlfriends, among them Nicole Richie and DJ Samantha Ronson." On Sunday night, April 15, Lindsay visited Lauren's home in Los Angeles, which at the time was being watched over by a mutual friend because Lauren, a model, was working on a shoot in Texas. According to the source, Lindsay told Lauren's house sitter that she had left some of her clothes at the house and needed to pick them up. The house sitter, a mutual friend to Lauren and Lindsay, saw no reason Lindsay would lie about such a thing, and so she let the starlet inside!But Lohan, whose normally chummy relationship with Lauren recently turned sour, scurried into her former pal's bedroom, her bodyguard tagging along, and gathered up huge armfuls of clothes, purses and belts, a source tells Star. Almost everything was expensive, designer items, things Hastings picked up on various modeling shoots or bought at high-end designer stores. In all, the source says Lindsay and her bodyguard left with an estimated $10,000 in merchandise, which she ordered her security man to load into her car. "The mutual friend saw Lindsay leaving with everything, but she just didn't think that Lindsay would actually be lying about the clothes and steal their friend's things! At the time, she was under the impression that Lindsay and Lauren were still friends! That is, until Lauren came home the following day and flipped out. She started yelling, 'Where are all of my clothes? Where are my things?'" That Monday night, April 16, a sobbing Lauren went to a friend's house for support and decided to text message Lindsay, demanding all her things be returned. That's when a text messaging war broke out between the ladies. "It was nasty," describes a source who has read the text message exchange. "Lauren sent Lindsay a text message threatening to go to the police and press charges," a source said. Friends were out clubbing with Lindsay when she got the messages and at least one Lohan pal said the starlet responded by laughing uproariously. "Lindsay just told her she was delusional and claimed Lauren didn't know what she was talking about. She insisted the items weren't stolen because they did belong to her. Then she'd laughed to her friends about it. She thought the whole thing was hysterical," a source said. Lindsay was at the nightclub Hyde in L.A. at the time, sitting next to friends Nicole Richie and famed-DJ Samantha Ronson, and began passing around her Blackberry to show off the exchange, causing the girls to burst out in laughter. Lindsay texted Lauren that she was a fat bitch, a friend of Lauren's says. Kim Basinger denied leaking Alec Baldwin's angry voicemail to their daughter and called on her ex-husband to "finally address his unstable and irrational behavior," according to a statement from her rep. "Everybody is always asking why this custody battle has been going on for so many years and now they have the answer," says the statement, released Monday. "The issue is not about Kim or the alleged alienation that Alec constantly refers to. It is about his ongoing aggressive behavior." The rep says Basinger "did not release the voicemail," but adds the message "was not sealed under a court order," as Baldwin's attorneys claim. The three-year custody fight for 11-year-old Ireland intensified last week when TMZ.com posted Baldwin's threatening voicemail in which he berated the child as a "rude little pig" and threatened to straighten her out. Baldwin said he had been driven to the edge by the years of court battles and called himself a victim of parental alienation – in which one parent alienates a child against the other during a custody battle. Baldwin has been criticized on his own Web site, and now Basinger says Baldwin has only himself to blame. According to a lawsuit filed yesterday in Manhattan Federal Court by music administators, Beyoncé allegedly never obtained proper clearance to cover a song called "I'm Kissing You," originally co-written by a singer named Des'ree -- famous for her 1994 smash hit, "You Gotta Be." Des'ree's version was used in Baz Luhrmann's 1996 film "Romeo and Juliet," Beyoncé's version can be found on the re-release of her album, "B'Day." In the lawsuit, Des'ree and her reps claim that Beyoncé, along with her record company people, originally tried to work out a deal to use the song. When they weren't satisfied with the proposed terms -- which included not being able to change the title or make a music video for the song -- Beyoncé allegedly blew off copyright law completely, and recorded the song and video without permission. The song was eventually released on Beyoncé's album, "B'Day - Deluxe Edition" on April 3, 2007, with the title "Still in Love (Kissing You)."

Chris Rock asked a court to determine if he's the father of a 13-year-old boy, according to papers filed in a paternity dispute with a Georgia woman.

The Anchorman star made the short comedy sketch - posted on FunnyorDie.com - with director and co-writer friend Adam McKay's daughter Pearl.

Ferrell plays a lay-about in the film while the sweet, innocent toddler plays a drunk, cursing landlady demanding her rent. Pearl says "b***h", "c**p" and "a**-h**e" and claims to be "buzzed" while clutching a bottle of beer.

Tweed said the lawsuit would be filed Tuesday in a Belfast court, and in subsequent days in courts in Dublin, London and Paris.

The lawsuit also seeks an apology and retraction for an article that appeared in different versions of the Enquirer's U.S. and international editions.

The version published March 12 in British and Irish editions claimed the couple were "caught up in a heroin scandal" -- and reprinted a 2004 picture of Anthony standing beside photographer Michael Star, who is facing charges of heroin possession and child pornography in the U.S.

The article quoted an alleged friend of Star as saying that Star and Anthony were friends.

Tweed told The Associated Press that this was untrue, and that Anthony did not know Star even as an acquaintance. Anthony posed for the 2004 photograph, Tweed said, in keeping with his usual hospitality toward backstage concert fans.

Sources close to Hulk and Linda Hogan, who've been wedded for more than 20 years, say they're "going through a very hard time and their marriage is under a lot of strain."

The problems started several years ago when the Hogan family - including the couple's kids, aspiring pop singer Brooke and amateur race-car driver Nick - started filming the VH1 show "Hogan Knows Best." One friend said, "They have different beliefs on how to raise kids. Brooke started her music career, and they started getting into fights."

Some of the well-documented battles on the show have been over how scantily clad Brooke - just 18 when she did her first major magazine - should be, or how late she could stay out with boyfriends.

During the show, the Hogans moved from their longtime residence in Tampa to a Miami mansion, and also bought houses in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. While either Linda or Hulk traveled with Brooke or Nick to their various events, they rarely traveled together. Another source of tension was Hulk, 53, desperately wanting to get back into wrestling, while Linda wanted to body-block the idea, fearing he could get hurt.

At one point, the friend said, "Linda got so fed up she quit the VH1 show. She just walked off. No one knows what started that fight but it was serious." Linda is now back on set to film the fourth season.

Another insider said, "At one point they were talking divorce. It's still precarious."

Marc Anthony has agreed to pay $2.5 million in back taxes and penalties after failing to file returns for five years, New York prosecutors said Wednesday.

Larry Birkhead said Wednesday that he doesn't plan on sharing legal custody of Anna Nicole Smith’s baby, the Associated Press reports.

His announcement comes a day after DNA tests proved he is the father of Dannielynn.

"It would imply that I'm unfit as a parent, which I'm not," he told NBC's Today show from the Bahamas. "I'm looking forward to giving Dannielynn everything that she needs and all the love and support."

Birkhead, 34, who broke up with the former Playboy Playmate before she moved to the Bahamas last July, had been seeking custody of Dannielynn from Howard K. Stern, Smith’s lawyer-turned-lover who is listed on the birth certificate as the baby’s father. Stern has been caring for the infant since Smith died of a drug overdose on February 8.

A hearing will take place Friday, at which time a judge is expected to discuss who will raise 7-month-old Dannielynn.

Stern, 38, said Tuesday he still loves the baby in spite of the DNA results, but wouldn't fight for custody and would support Birkhead.

"I'm obviously very disappointed, but my feelings for Dannielynn have not changed," he said, adding of Birkhead: "I'm going to do whatever I can to make sure he gets sole custody."

However, Birkhead suggested that he will not cut Stern off from Dannielynn completely, saying, “I have no problem with anyone that has good intentions being allowed to visit the baby and see the baby and be a part of the baby's life.”

Smith's mother, Virgie Arthur, said Tuesday that she wanted to be present in her granddaughter's life, but appeared satisfied with the DNA results.

"I'm happy that Dannielynn will know who her real father is," she said.

Meanwhile, Birkhead is eager to get his baby daughter home.

"He's definitely been named on the birth certificate," says the source.

Brown, 31, gave birth to the baby girl on April 3. Murphy, who once dated Brown, has said doesn't know who the child's father is.

Naming Murphy on the baby's birth certificate is the latest turn in a saga between the pair. In December, before the singer officially announced her pregnancy, Murphy, 46, questioned the baby's paternity during an interview on Dutch TV.

"I don't know whose child that is until it comes out and has a blood test," he said after being asked about rumors that he'd fathered the baby. "You shouldn't jump to conclusions, sir."

Gretchen Bonaduce, 41, who tangled with her husband on their reality show Breaking Bonaduce, cited irreconcilable differences, according to the papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.

She is seeking full custody of their daughter, 12, and son, 6, with visitation rights for Bonaduce, in addition to spousal support and legal fees.

Earlier Tuesday, Bonaduce said on radio's syndicated Adam Carolla Show that Gretchen had informed him he'd be served with divorce papers.

"I don't want a divorce," Bonaduce said, adding: "I'm heartbroken at the prospect of getting a divorce."

His rep, Ken Capurso, tells PEOPLE: "Even though they still care about each other and their two children, Gretchen felt it wasn't a great atmosphere to raise the kids."

The couple aired their marital issues and Danny's substance abuse troubles on Breaking Bonaduce, which last was broadcast in 2006 on VH1.

According to DNA test results revealed Tuesday, Larry Birkhead is the father of Anna Nicole Smith's 7-month-old daughter Dannielynn.

"I hate to be the one who told you this, but: I told you so," Birkhead, 34, said during a press conference outside the Bahamas courthouse. "I'm the father."

"Thank you for your support. Thank you for the people who got me this far," he said, choking up. "Thank you very much. My baby's gonna be coming home pretty soon." Asked about when he would take Dannielynn home, he said, "Things are moving quickly here, and we'll see what happens."

Birkhead's attorney, Emrick Knowles, then told reporters, "We'll be back in court on Friday in the afternoon. We've got some other issues to deal with." He would not comment on specifics, but did say: "[The judge] hasn't made any ruling about custody yet."

Howard K. Stern, who was listed as the father on the baby's birth certificate, gave Birkhead a hug outside the courthouse. "We're gonna do what we can to make sure that the best interests of Dannielynn are carried out," said Stern. "And I'm going to do whatever I can to make sure that he gets sole custody."

Asked if he'd allow Birkhead to see Dannielynn right away, Stern said, "Larry can come over to the house and spend as much time with her as he wants to right now."

Anna Nicole's mother, Virgie Arthur, said after that hearing that she expects to be part of the baby's life. "I'm happy that Dannielynn will know who her real father is," said Arthur. "I look forward to working with Larry raising my granddaughter.

As for Prince Frederic Von Anhalt, who also once claimed to be the baby's father, his reps issued a statement to TMZ Tuesday. "We never intended to take Dannielynn from anyone, we were just here in case Prince Von Anhalt was the father. We wish Larry luck in raising Dannielynn and we wish him the best."

Birkhead had submitted his own DNA for testing, and Dannielynn's was tested on March 21 following a recommendation by a Bahamas Supreme Court Judge. Howard K. Stern, Smith's companion who is named as Dannielynn's father on her birth certificate, did not undergo DNA testing.

Dannielynn was born in the Bahamas on Sept. 7, three days before Smith's 20-year-old son, Daniel, died while visiting his mother in a Nassau hospital.

The baby, whose full name is Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern, stands to inherit millions from the estate of Smith's late husband, Texas oil baron J. Howard Marshall II, who died in 1995. Smith, who died on Feb. 8 in Hollywood, Fla., of an accidental drug overdose, had been battling his family over the estimated $500 million fortune.

After the DNA test was performed, Stern filed a legal bid to block the release of the results, but withdrew the appeal after it appeared that it would be rejected by the court.

Last month Birkhead said he was so confident he was Dannielynn's father, he was getting his home ready for her. "I've been putting a nursery together," he said outside a paternity hearing in Los Angeles.

"Singer Avril Lavigne and her husband, Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley, have bought the Bel-Air home formerly owned by Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler for $9.5 million.

According to the L.A. Times, Lavigne, 22, originally wanted to build a home but settled on the 12,000 square foot manse that the Barkers lived in while filming their MTV reality show Meet the Barkers.

The three-story gated house has eight bedrooms and 10 1/2 bathrooms. Built in Tuscan-style, the residence sits on one acre, has an elevator, an office, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a steam shower, a sauna, a pool, a spa and a 10-car garage.

Lavigne is currently selling her Beverly Hills home for $6.2 million.

Howard K. Stern has temporarily derailed the inquest into Daniel Smith's death. The judge in the case has put the inquest on ice for at least two weeks.

Stern's lawyer argued the law allowing the inquest was flawed, because it was impossible to impanel a fair and impartial jury given the massive publicity surrounding the deaths of Anna Nicole and her son.

Paris Hilton has been found in violation of the terms of her probation and faces a maximum sentence of 90 days in jail, the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office announced Thursday.

Hilton, 26, was spotted Feb. 27 speeding down Sunset Boulevard around 11 p.m. without her headlights on, says L.A. Sheriff's spokesman Oscar Butao.

After pulling over her 2007 Bentley Continental GTC Convertible, officers found Hilton was driving with a suspended license – the result of her DUI arrest last September.

In that case, she pleaded no contest to a lesser charge of alcohol-related reckless driving on Jan. 22, and was placed on 36 months probation.

Hilton's rep and attorney were not immediately available for comment.

Previously, Hilton's spokesman Elliot Mintz told the Associated Press that she was unaware that her license had been suspended.

"When Paris called me [after she was pulled over], she asked if her license was suspended," Mintz said. "If that's the case, she and I are unaware of it."

But Nick Velasquez, spokesman for the City Attorney's Office, said Thursday: "We have sufficient evidence to prove that Hilton had knowledge of the suspension, and yet continued to drive."

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline reached a divorce settlement Thursday, PEOPLE has learned.

"The parties signed a global settlement on all issues of their marriage and the custody of the children," Michael Sands, a spokesman for Federline's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, tells PEOPLE.

The deal was worked out in five-hour meeting in the Los Angeles high-rise offices of Spears's attorney. At the table were Spears and Federline, along with Spears's lawyer Laura Wasser and Federline's counsel Kaplan and Jim Simon.

During a smoke break downstairs, Spears talked with Federline for 15 minutes, Sands said.

Fashion designer DONATELLA VERSACE and her ex-husband PAUL BECK are to sue several newspapers over their reporting of their daughter’s battle with anorexia.
On Tuesday (27MAR07) night, US reports suggested 20-year-old ALLEGRA VERSACE BECK had been hospitalised after years of battling the eating disorder.
In Wednesday’s (28MAR07) editions of London’s Evening Standard and Italy’s Corriere della Sera newspaper, Versace was quoted as saying, "Anorexia is consuming her… The doctors are doing all they can to snatch her away from this cruel disease." However, a statement from the couple insists Versace made no such comment and their daughter is receiving medical treatment at home.

Troubled rapper FOXY BROWN pleaded not guilty to attacking a beauty store employee in a Florida court yesterday (28MAR07).
The CANDY hitmaker’s appearance in court comes a week after a Broward County judge issued a warrant for her arrest after she failed to attend her scheduled 22 March (07) hearing.
The hip-hop star, real name INGA MARCHAND, is accused of throwing hair glue and spitting on SAM HAYSSAM, owner of Queens Beauty Shop in Pembroke Pines, after he asked her to leave so he could close the store in February (07).
Marchand reportedly struggled with the police officer who arrived at the store and resisted arrest. In court yesterday, Marchand pleaded guilty to both misdemeanour charges of battery and resisting arrest without violence and has been released on $1,500 (£769) bond.
The latest court appearance follows the rapper’s 2004 arrest for assaulting two manicurists in New York City. She was sentenced to three years probation last October (06) and ordered to undergo regular drug testing and attend anger management classes.(SOURCE PR INSIDE)

The 42-year-old former Hole frontwoman shocked fellow tourists at Maui's Kea Lani Resort this week when she hit the pool in a small string bikini looking surprisingly thinner.

According to a source with Usmagazine.com, Love has lost 45 pounds in four months since she began drinking Isopure diet shakes last December. A source tells Us that she's also been forgoing carbs, eating fish, steamed veggies, and "doing lots of yoga."

Jane Pratt, the former editor of Jane magazine, claims she got it on like Donkey Kong with actress Drew Barrymore. Pratt -- who was a frequent guest on Howard Stern's show back in the day -- recently announced on her new radio show, "One of my dreams is to return to Howard's show and tell him the truth about Drew Barrymore and me."

She says that years ago, Stern asked her on-air if she had ever had sex with a woman. At the time, she answered "yes," but then demurred when he asked if it was someone famous.

"It was someone famous," she confessed on her show. "I did have sex with Drew Barrymore."

No word on when the event took place (perhaps in Drew's "f--king nudist bird" years), although Barrymore did appear on the cover of the debut issue of Jane back in 1997. A rep for Barrymore had no comment.

Either way, Pratt is presumably no longer making it with ladies, famous or otherwise. She now has a four-year-old daughter with her longtime boyfriend.

So is this just a case of name-Drewping? Of course, this juicy announcement of 90s she-sex agreeably coincides with the debut of Pratt's new Sirius Satellite Radio show, but after the utterly unpassionate (if slow-motion) Cox-Aniston kiss on last night's Dirt, we'll take it.(SOURCE US WEEKLY)
